The core institutions that keep the Tian Tong Golden Age running, each with its own charge, together upholding the rule of equality between Gods and Demons.
Genyuu Guard
The emperor's direct blade, first led by Ling Ye. It enforces the Tian Tong Laws and investigates major violations, answering only to the throne and outside local jurisdiction.
Spirit Political Academy
Founded and led by Mo Chen, it runs the merit-based imperial examinations, breaking hereditary barriers and supplying talent to schools and the bureaucracy across the empire.
Demon Shadow Cave Sanctum
The forbidden Western sanctum where the Emperor emerged reborn, now specially guarded by the Genyuu Guard; only the imperial family and the Regent may enter to pay respects.
Border Garrisons
Stationed along the empire's frontiers under Regent Xuan Ming's command, defending against outside threats and keeping order in the newly absorbed former Mohui and Shenying territories.
